FAKRO LWK Loft Ladder

The FAKRO LWK type KOMFORT loft ladder is a wooden three-part staircase made of high-quality pine wood with an insulated overlay of natural particle board covered with HDF in white on both sides, equipped with an additional metal protective plaster and plastic protective feet (only for three-part stairs). They are used for entering attic or loft rooms. Innovative solutions of the new design of the stairs ensure high comfort of use and allow quick and easy installation of the stairs in the ceiling. The intermediate space is filled with a 30 mm layer of polystyrene foam. The flap is secured by a special lock. An accessory is a metal rod for easy operation of the flap and control of the lock. The steps have milled grooves to prevent slipping. The elongation of the steps provides more comfortable entry.

The steps are equipped with a control rod.

For FAKRO loft ladders (with the exception of LSF steel extension ladders), you can order an overlay with flap LXW - the overlay prevents the accumulation of dust from the attic on the flap and ladder of closed loft ladders. It improves the insulation and tightness of the staircase on which it is installed.
