Introducing the world's first Bratex Savoy Modular Latch Tongue and Groove Complex system of alternating tongue-and-groove roof panels with a checkerboard effect. The main pillars of the application concept are the imperceptible effect of linear thermal expansion, the compact size of the panels and the undeniable contrasting appearance. Savoy's modular groove takes into account all aspects of maintaining the geometry of the covering, i.e. it compensates for increasing widths resulting from the thickness of the sheet. The product is equipped with advanced sheet jointing features that simultaneously ensure adequate tightness.
The product's assembly premise is based on a repetitive arrangement in two columns, using two modules (sheets): a basic (long) and a supplementary (half as long). Depending on your preference, the length and number of modules are automatically calculated during the optimization phase in our RoofingCAD application.
The transverse compensation pocket is calculated in our RoofingCAD calculation.
The embossing on the surface of the panel as a compensating element for the thickness of the sheet on the front side, preventing capillary water penetration and providing a basis for the application of the butyl seal.
Wrapped leading edge
A factory-finished sheet wrapped 180° below the bottom of the panel reinforces the leading edge and prevents water penetration.
Butyl seal
Automatic full-width application of high-quality butyl ensures that the sheets are fully sealed and permanently bonded. This has made it possible to reduce the base length to 60 mm, allowing for a much longer coverage length.
Longitudinal compensation compression
High-tech compression of a previously longitudinally shaped groove profile that compensates (accepts) the thickness of the overlays.
Pen latch
A component that holds the groove of the cover plate, providing quick positioning and effective hooking of the top plate.
Mounting rail
Wide and extra-long 25mm mounting holes ensure convenient installation of the boards.
Checkerboard pattern

The product is equipped with advanced features for joining the sheets while ensuring adequate tightness. The product's installation premise is based on a two-column repetitive system using two modules (sheets): basic (long) and supplementary (half-long). Depending on your preference, the length and number of modules are calculated automatically at the optimization stage in our RoofingCAD application. The length of the panels is selected according to the investor's preferences in the context of a specific roof or slope. Automatic optimization in the RoofingCAD application allows adjustment to the length or number of modules.

The color coating is made from Swedish rapeseed oil.
Most steel products with GreenCoat® color coating offer a sustainable finish not typically seen in the construction industry. The patented biodegradable BT (Bio-based Technology) coating, launched in 2012, uses a significant portion of Swedish rapeseed oil instead of fossil oil, making it the only building coating on the market made from natural ingredients for outdoor use (roofs and facades). This significantly reduces the building's environmental footprint.
The coating is also chromate-free in accordance with the REACH regulation, is safe to handle, does not release harmful emissions and offers a proven long life on buildings for many decades.

Dripstop + Soundcontrol*
The sheets can be optionally equipped with SOUNDCONTROL underlay on the underside, which reduces the sound of rain falling on the sheet by 6 dB. DRIPSTOP anti-condensation film, which traps moisture from settling water vapor, is also available - for use on uninsulated buildings. The film is applied automatically during the manufacturing process.
