Velux GZL 1051 wooden pivot roof window

The STANDARD GZL 1051 wooden pivot roof window with VELUX-51 glazing (double glazing unit with fixed outer pane, rain noise protection glass, solar energy harvesting function). The GZL 1051 roof window can be installed in sloping roofs with pitches from 15° to 90°. The window comes standard with aluminum cladding in anthracite color. Trim strips for mounting the window are not included (they must be purchased separately depending on the type of roofing). With the VELUX GZL top control roof window, fresh air is at your fingertips. Operating the top control window is child's play - even when there is furniture under the window. Thanks to the innovative top handle, you can position the window lower than an equivalent bottom-operated window and get a perfect view while standing or sitting.

Velux window sash and frame are made of 100% natural wood. The wood also undergoes a final finish - varnishing.

Fresh air even when the window is closed:

Just pull the unique top control handle once, and fresh filtered air begins to flow in through the window's ventilation flap. The two-stage ventilation system allows the house to breathe even when the window is closed. The built-in air filter improves the home's climate by keeping out dust and insects. The filter is easy to clean and can be used repeatedly.

Cleaning tips :
  • Avoid contact between silicone and glass
  • Do not use cleaners containing abrasive particles
  • Do not clean the glass with chemical products
  • Avoid contact of glass with sharp or abrasive objects, including jewelry.
  • Never try to remove dirt from glass without using water.
  • If any work is carried out near the glass, protect it with a clean plastic film to prevent spraying or splashing with aggressive or abrasive substances.
