FAKRO PTP-V U4 roof window

One of the best-selling variants of plastic roof windows with triple glazing. The window is packaged in a kit ready for installation (the window should be ordered with a trim compatible with the roofing). These windows have a modern white plastic finish and will brighten up the interior beautifully. The windows can be used in rooms with high humidity and there is no risk of degradation.

The FAKRO PTP-V pivot roof window is operated by a bottom handle, which is easily accessible directly from the floor. This makes opening the window convenient and does not require additional tools. The crank positioning design allows very efficient and safe ventilation through the gap between the window sash and frame (micro-ventilation).

Thanks to the special design of the ferrule located in the middle of the window height, we can leave the window sash in a half-open position. The hardware also allows the window sash to rotate 180° around the central axis, which makes cleaning and maintenance easier.

The window is equipped with a V35 ventilation flap, which ensures the flow of an optimal amount of fresh air into the room. The ventilation flap helps maintain a healthy microclimate in the room and at the same time contributes to saving heat energy.

Thanks to the placement of the ventilation flap in the upper part of the window frame, the FAKRO roof window has a 6% larger glazing area compared to other roof windows of similar size, which allows better illumination of the room.

  • Filled with argon gas
  • Made of multi-chambered PVC profiles in white with internal galvanized steel reinforcements (Uokna =1.1 W/m2K),
  • In the PTP-V version, the window is equipped with a V35 ventilation flap.
