A special diffusion roofing membrane designed for flat sheet metal roofing. Its use protects the sheet against corrosion - from the outside it is covered with a drainage spacer. It is characterized by high strength and very good vapor permeability - Sd=0,02 m. Resistant to UV radiation (durability up to 3 months). Surface weight: about 430 g/m2.

Ventia Metal 430 g/m2 roof membrane

Ventia Metal is a three-layer, highly vapor-permeable roof membrane with a polypropylene spacer mat designed as an insurance waterproofing for insulated pitched roofs under metal roofing laid directly on solid boarding. It perfectly drains moisture from the underside of the roofing while providing a ventilation gap. The basis of the product is a roofing membrane with improved strength parameters, which is not subject to mechanical damage, bringing considerable comfort during installation. The membrane is printed for easy installation. The use of Ventia will extend the life of the roof and attic.

The membrane is available in three versions:

  • without self-adhesive strips
  • T version, with one self-adhesive strip
  • TT version, with two adhesive strips (on request)

Features:

  • Weight: 430 g/m2.
  • Width: 1.5 m
  • Thickness: 7 mm
  • Reaction to fire: class F
  • Resistance to water penetration: W1
  • Water vapor transmission rate
  • Sd: 0.03 m
  • UV resistance: 3 months

Ventia Metal is installed on a hard, flat, clean and dry substrate. It is laid directly on the boarding so as not to cause the membrane to ripple. The print is directed towards the roofing, i.e. upwards. Installation begins from the bottom of the roof (at the eaves) and proceeds upward (toward the ridge). The overlap of the strips is at least 10 cm, see the imprint on the membrane.

Material:

Polypropylene fibers bonded with polypropylene active film; drainage spacer on the outside.
