Snow tubes: effective protection of the roof from snow piles. Lightweight, durable steel and aluminum construction. Perfect compromise between price and quality, installation without drilling, perfect match to the color of the roofing.
In recent years, snow tubes have become a very popular component of anti-flooding protection. Their main task is to prevent sudden sliding of snow from the roof. Thanks to their aesthetic appearance, snow tubes meet the highest design requirements. We offer an ideal compromise between price and quality. All holders are made of steel sheet and aluminum tubes, which ensures lightness and resistance to weather conditions.
We offer different types of snow pipes, adapted to different types of roofing. One of the most popular roofing materials is standing seam sheet metal. The design of the mounting brackets is very subtle and elegant, blending in perfectly with the overall architecture of the roof. Installation of these brackets is done without drilling, which means no damage to the roofing and preservation of the warranty. In addition, it is possible to perfectly match the color of the snow pipes with the color of the roofing.
Application: standing seam metal sheets

All components are made of steel that has undergone a tin plating process. This is the most effective and durable way to protect steel from corrosion. During the tinning process, zinc atoms penetrate the outer layer of the steel, forming a surface alloy of iron and zinc, which forms a protective layer against corrosion. The durability of zinc coatings can reach up to 100 years, depending on conditions.
Powder coating is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, high temperatures and mechanical damage. Electrically charged powder paint particles are applied to the metal surface, which is then heated to 140-200°C, causing the powder to melt and polymerize. The advantages of powder coating include a smooth, crack- and stain-free surface, anti-corrosion properties, resistance to mechanical damage, thermal and chemical resistance, and environmental friendliness.

Installation method:
The snow pipe clamp is used to attach snow pipes to roofs covered with standing seam metal sheets. An important advantage of the clamp, which protects the sheet metal from scratches, is its non-invasive installation (on the clamp). The clamp should be installed on each keyway/flange. The maximum height of the halyard is 32 mm. The product is available in two variants: single pipe bracket or double pipe bracket.
The product is made of steel sheet of the appropriate thickness, which provides adequate strength and durability. Thanks to its design, it provides a secure and reliable mount that can withstand the harsh conditions of the winter season. Installation is simple and requires no special tools, making it easy to install and maintain. The mount is designed to minimize the risk of roof damage and ensure the longevity of the snow guard system.
Snow guard installation instructions:
Attention. The spacing of the brackets, the number of fixing screws and their dimensions should be determined in the technical design, depending on the slope of the roof surface and the snow load zone, taking into account the load capacity of the elements of about 2 kN.
