FAKRO PTP-V U5 plastic energy-efficient tilt-and-turn roof window

The FAKRO PTP PVC energy-saving tilt-and-turn roof window is designed for attic rooms with higher humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens. It can also be used in rooms where the choice of a white window aesthetically matches the appearance of the living space or where there are increased requirements for low maintenance.

The FAKRO PTP-V pivot window is durable, resistant to corrosion and changing weather conditions. Its maintenance is kept to a minimum. The material from which the window is made is fully non-absorbent and has high resistance to acids or solvents

The FAKRO PTP-V pivot roof window is operated by a bottom handle, which is easily accessible directly from the floor. This makes opening the window convenient and does not require additional tools. The crank positioning design allows very efficient and safe ventilation through the gap between the window sash and frame (micro-ventilation).

Thanks to the special design of the ferrule located in the middle of the window height, we can leave the window sash in a half-open position. The hardware also allows the window sash to rotate 180° around the central axis, which makes cleaning and maintenance easier.

The window is equipped with a V35 ventilation flap, which ensures the flow of the optimal amount of fresh air into the room. The ventilation flap helps maintain a healthy microclimate in the room and at the same time contributes to saving heat energy.

Thanks to the placement of the ventilation flap in the upper part of the window frame, the FAKRO roof window has a 6% larger glazing area compared to other roof windows of similar size, which allows better illumination of the room.
