FAKRO FTP-V U4 roof windows are distinguished by very good performance and high quality. Higher thermal efficiency, increased resistance to burglary or solutions that allow optimal ventilation are just some of the features of these windows.
Thanks to the special design of the hardware located in the middle of the window height, we can leave the window sash in a semi-open position. The hardware also allows the sash to rotate 180° around the central axis, which makes cleaning and maintenance easier. FAKRO FTP-V U4 tilt roof windows are operated with the lower handle, which is easily accessible directly from floor level. This makes opening the windows convenient and requires no additional tools.
The design of the handle allows very efficient and safe ventilation through the gap between the window sash and frame (micro-ventilation).

The window is equipped with a V40P ventilation flap, which ensures the optimal amount of fresh air in the room. The ventilation flap helps to maintain a healthy microclimate in the room and at the same time contributes to saving heat energy. Thanks to the placement of the ventilation flap in the upper part of the window frame, the FAKRO roof window has a 6% larger glazing area compared to other roof windows of similar size, which allows better illumination of the room.
