Roof Tiles – Traditional and Durable Roofing

Fired roof tiles are made from high-quality fired clay, whose plasticity allows the creation of precise and varied shapes. After firing, the ceramic material gains high strength and weather resistance, ensuring long-lasting roof durability.

Tiles without surface treatment have the natural, rustic color of fired clay. For better appearance and enhanced durability, the surface is treated with special finishes:

• Engobe – a natural mixture of clays and metal oxides that creates a colored, matte surface with low water absorption and extended lifespan after firing.

• Glaze – a glossy surface finish with a higher content of fluxing agents, providing a harder and shinier glass-like surface that increases protection against weather effects.
